I cant find my order confirmation email
Be sure to check your spam, junk, or promotions folder (gmail likes to hide those!).
If you used PayPal or Afterpay, be sure to check the email linked to those payment methods.
Still no luck? Send us a message with your order details, and we’ll resend it to you!
Where is my order?
US orders - If your tracking number shows no movement after two weeks, contacting USPS will get you the best answers. If they can't help, use the contact form to get in touch with us.
International orders - If your tracking number hasn't updated in 30 days, get in touch with us.
Custom charges
Every country has its own rules when it comes to customs and import fees. As noted in our shipping policy, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Not sure if your parcel will get hit with VAT or customs fees? Check with your local customs office or postal carrier for the most accurate information.
